This website does not run a patient database. The appointment form opens WhatsApp on your phone with your name, optional phone number and the type of enquiry. Those words are not saved on entpatna.com.

WhatsApp is operated by a separate company. Once you send a message, that company’s terms apply. Do not put symptom diaries, reports or photographs in the message unless the clinic has told you to use an approved route.

The pages do not use advertising trackers. If a map is shown, Google receives the request to display the map when your browser loads that frame.

For a privacy question about the clinic’s own records, speak to the clinic by phone. Records created during a medical visit are handled by the clinic, not by this public website.
